At Rockstar Original, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Rockstar Original tags attached and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
